• Notice Period:Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. 
• Cancellation Fees:
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in deposit being lost. 
  • No-shows (failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full treatment fee. 
• Deposits:  it will be non-refundable if the cancellation falls within the 24 hour notice period. 
• Rescheduling:Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
